It is recommended when there is only one person in the video and motion to extract. Select Single in the Tracking option and extract the motion of one person from the video.Tracking is an option to select the number of motions to extract from the video.There are the Tracking option, the Foot lock option, and the T-pose option.When extracting motion from video, several options can be adjusted.
